Link a jurisdiction
Permit Radar pulls permit data from each jurisdiction's online portal on your behalf. Before we can sync a jurisdiction, you'll grant us access by linking your portal credentials. For details on how those credentials are stored and used, see Data privacy.
Add your first jurisdiction
- Sign in to Permit Radar.
- Open Company Settings from the navigation.
- In the Linked Jurisdictions section, click Link Jurisdiction →.
- Pick the jurisdiction you want to track from the dropdown.
- Enter the Portal username and Portal password you use on that jurisdiction's portal.
- Click Link jurisdiction to save.
What happens next
- Permit Radar starts syncing data in the background. New permit data will appear in the dashboard within an hour of saving.
- You can revoke Permit Radar's access at any time by clicking Unlink next to a jurisdiction in Company Settings.
